Chinese Zodiac! Jackie Chan’s Armour of God 3

Jackie Chan’s final action film? Nope!

In Chinese Zodiac, or CZ12, Chan reprises the role of Asian Hawk, an adventurer traveling around the world to find the 12 Chinese Zodiac statues that were stolen by the French & British troops during the 19th century.

That’s Jackie Chan returning to the director’s chair – not sure if 1911 must be taken into consideration – to offer what looks like a big explosive action blockbuster with lots of incredible (old school) stunts & fights… shot all around the world – Paris, Beijing, Vienna, Kazakhstan… It’s bigger & louder than most recent (chinese) action films!

One can guess Chan really puts all his efforts & ideas into this film, that should be his “final action film”. He explained that, “I want the audience to know I’m not only a comedian. I can act. Day by day, year by year, I’m going to show you the real Jackie Chan.” Adding on his Facebook, “I need to do less of the life risking stunts on my movie. I am not retiring from doing action movies.

Anyway, CZ12 will open in China on December 12, 2012!

  1. WOAH, NEAT! I didn’t know china invented a way to embed dynamic text inside a rendered movie file!

    *Checks watch*

    Oh, wait…..nevermind. :/

Either way, It’s cool Jackie keeps doing these things. Maybe we can still watch him kicking ass well into his 80’s like Clint Eastwood.

  2. It should be the first of many trailers to come – each time, showing one of the many prestigious shooting locations.

What would be a chinese blockbuster without its aggressive promo…

  3. I am just eagerly waiting to see my jackie on 4th jan 13 . i hope , the movie must be good movies as per the trailer……….
