Review: Fire of Conscience (2010, Dante Lam)

Fire of Conscience demonstrates that Hong Kong can still deliver a harsh and witty action-thriller dealing with moral issues! The story of 2 different cops who must work together to break an investigation. Set in a city where hope has vanished, the film offers strong characters who must face their choices, whether they’re good or bad.

You can expect some chaotic action scenes, some visually beautiful compositions using Hong Kong’s architecture & night lights colors to create a feeling of suffocation. Because at some point, it’s going to explode, bad – 7/10
